This petition is filed to condone the delay of 173 days in representing the appeal.

Heard Mr.B.Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioners. The first respondent has already been set ex parte by the Lower Court and there is no representation on behalf of the second respondent, though served.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 173 days in representing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
