ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court dated 12.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22523 of 2024 in Para 6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.22523 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
