ORDER
The petitioners in this case were implicated as accused for the offence punishable under Sections 20, 25(1)(a) of Arms Act, 1959, arising out of the Crime No.282 of 2025 dated 05.09.2025, pending on the file of the respondent. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

kas 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners herein are A1 and A3. They were found in possession of iron aruval and iron dagger without any valid licence. The respondent police have recovered 66 cm and 44 cm of knives from the accused. He further submitted that A1 in this case has three previous cases pending against him and A3 has one previous case. Therefore, the custodial interrogation of the accused is required in this matter and prayed for dismissal of the petition filed for anticipatory bail.
2.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this petition stands dismissed.
