ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition "that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 6.30pm until further orders" imposed on them by this Court in Crl.OP.No. 30926 of 2024, dated 12.12.2024.

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner/A6 has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the petitioner/A4 has not been complied with the conditions imposed https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis on him and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 4(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No. 30926 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner/A6 shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 6.30 a.m., until further orders. Insofar as the petitioner/A4 is concerned, this petition is dismissed due to non-compliance of the earlier order in Crl.O.P.No. 30926 of 2024, dated 12.12.2024.

4. The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.30926 of 2024, dated 12.12.2024 shall remains unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 09-01-2025 To State Rep By The Inspector Of Police V-3, JJ Nagar Police Station, Crime No. 771 of 2024.
