ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on 11.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.5079 of 2024 against S.C.No.52 of 2019 that the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CRL MP NO. 7 of 2025 petitioner should appear before the respondent police weekly once, i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 3.considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the order dated 11.06.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.5079 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.329 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in three months on the first working day of January, April, July, October at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
