This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28773 of 2024, dated 19.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28773 of 2024, dated 19.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
