This Petition has been filed to relax the condition i.e., "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police viz., Deputy Superintendent of Police, Economic Office Wing II, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600 040 every Saturday at 10.30 am for the period of four months" imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27470 of 2024 in C.C.No.03 of 2024 pending on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Act, Chennai.

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of seven weeks and investigation is completed in this matter. He would further submit that CC No.3 of 2024 has been assigned before the trial Court and the next hearing date has also been fixed on 20.01.2025 before the trial Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No. 27470 of 2024 on 07.11.2024 in 7(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Special Court under TNPID, Chennai, on 20.01.2025 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court, concerned.
