ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 5(c) of Crl.MP.No.7694/2025 dated 20.08.2025 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in connection with Crime No.36/2024 on the file of the respondent. Para No.5(c) reads as follows:

(c) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is suffering from severe medical ailments, hence he seeks to modify the condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is going on and hence, he objected to modify the condition.
