PRAYER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to transfer him in and around Trichy District by considering his indigenous medical condition as provided in the typeset, by considering the petitioner's detailed representation dated 17.09.2025. ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to transfer him in and around Trichy District by considering his indigenous medical condition and his representation dated 17.09.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, he has been transferred from Trichy to Villupuram District in the first week of August 2025. However, in view of the medical condition and physical disability, the petitioner seeks transfer in and around Trichy District so that he can continue his medical treatment. The petitioner has already given a representation on 17.09.2025.

3.In view of the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, I am inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition directing the first respondent to sympathetically consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
