ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the public notice issued by the fifth respondent dated 25.09.2025, thereby calling upon for an interview for the post of Lab assistant for the fifth respondent School.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner was an erstwhile Management of the fifth respondent School. The fifth respondent School is a Government aided School and now it is administered by a Special Officer appointed by the School Education
Department. The Special Officer is none other than the fourth respondent herein. In order to fill up the post of Lab Assistant, the fifth respondent issued a public notice under the instructions of the fourth respondent. As per the notification, the examination was conducted, in which 27 persons attended the examination. After shortlisting the candidates, they will be issued interview letter.
4. Therefore, it seems that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent and also appointment of Special Officer to administer the fifth respondent School. Therefore, as of now, the petitioner has no locus to challenge the public notice issued by the fifth respondent to fill up the post of Lab Assistant. In view of the interim order passed by this Court, the fifth respondent is unable to call for the candidates to attend the interview. That apart, the fourth respondent is administering the fifth respondent School and he is going to conduct the interview.
5. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the public notice issued by the fifth respondent dated 25.09.2025 and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 22.10.2025 Internet: Yes Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order mn
