Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report has been filed in C.C. No.423 of 2024 on the file of the learned Magistrate, Mahila Court, Allikullam and the case is posted for hearing on 18.02.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 8(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11685 of 2024, dated 16.08.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Magistrate, Mahila Court, Allikullam on 18.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge. 4.
