O R D E R
Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to survey the properties as per the registered partition deed vide D.No.466/2025 on the file of SRO, Kanniyampadi and to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner based on his representation dated 12.08.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that initially the petitioner made an application to the respondents on 12.02.2025 seeking to issue patta with respect to the subject properties. Since, no steps were taken on the same, the petitioner made a representation to the 3rd respondent dated 12.08.2025 to survey the subject properties as per the registered partition deed vide D.No.466/2025 on the file of SRO, Kanniyampadi and to issue separate 2/5
patta in the name of the petitioner. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the 3rd respondent will consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within the stipulated period fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the limited scope of relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all interested persons concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
