Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to treat the petitioner's compulsory bond period as completed and to consequently direct the respondents to return all the original educational certificates of the petitioner that were submitted by her at the time of her admission to Post Graduate Degree Course of MD General Medicine in the fifth respondent College, within a time period stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to return all the original educational certificates of the petitioner that were submitted by her at the time of her admission to Post Graduate Degree Course of MD General Medicine in the fifth respondent College, as already the petitioner completed the compulsory bond period.

2. During the course of hearing, Mrs. M. Sneha, learned Special Counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the original educational certificates of the petitioner submitted at the time of admission to Post Graduate Degree course of MD General Medicine in the fifth respondent College will be returned within 10 days. The statement of the learned Special Counsel is placed on record.

3. In view of the same, in our considered view, no further orders are required in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
