This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking for extension of the mandatory to complete the arbitration proceedings and to pass the Award. 2.Heard Mr.P.Sidharthan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant and Mr.MSoundar Vijay Arul Ram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the proceedings are at the stage of final arguments and additional written statement has been filed by the respondent seeking for counter claim.
