ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 18.09.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police have registered the case against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 120-B and 409 of IPC. This Court granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Crl. O.P. No.18757 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 on some conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court. The petitioner is working as Auditor and he has to go to Singapore and Dubai for his job purpose. Therefore, he prayed to permit the petitioner to leave India from 10.01.2025 to 27.01.2025. The petitioner has also filed an affidavit in this regard and prayed to allow this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already investigation was completed and the respondent police have no serious objection since the 2/4

prayer is only for a particular period.

4. Heard both sides and perused the records.

5. Considering the rival submissions made on either side and the reasons stated by the petitioner that he is working as Auditor and he has to go to Singapore and Dubai for his job purpose, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to go to abroad for job purpose from 10.01.2025 to 27.01.2025.
