ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 2 to survey the petitioner's land comprised in S.Nos.237/4 and 237/5 and issue a separate patta based on the petitioner's application.

2. In view thereof, the prayer made in the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The first respondent shall take up the applications filed by the petitioner in Application No. 2024/0123/36/002663 dated 03.12.2024 and Application No. 2024/0103/36/270418 dated 04.12.2024, for surveying the land and complete the survey. If there are any objectors, notice shall also be issued to them. Either the survey should be completed or appropriate orders may be passed and the result should be communicated to the petitioner.

4. The exercise of surveying the land and considering the case of the petitioner for issue of patta shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website-uploaded copy of this order, 2/4

without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
