ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to inspect his property and measure the correct extent of the building, based on his representation dated 18.08.2025.

2. Mr.P.S.Prabu, learned Standing Counsel takes notices for the respondent.

3. After considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition, directing the respondent to conduct inspection and measure the actual extent of the petitioner's building and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
