ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to measure the petitioner's property in Old R.S.No.633/3, New R.S.No.1072/6, measuring an extent of 512 sq.mts in Vadamugam Vellode Village, Poondurai Road, Erode Taluk, Erode District, in order to conduct survey and earmark the boundaries.

2. The petitioner has made an application to the respondents on 10.09.2025 to measure and conduct survey of his property. The petitioner also seeks for assistance of the police officials for putting up the compound wall. However, such a direction cannot be issued by this Court to the police officials.

3. With regard to petitioner's application for survey, the fourth 2/4

respondent shall give notice to the petitioner and the adjoining neighboring owners, who may be interested in the survey, and after hearing their objections, the authorities shall proceed to conduct survey and identify the four boundaries. It is also open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law with regard to putting up construction of a compound wall in the subject property.
