This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to permanently transfer the petitioner P.Arul Murugan, S/o.Periannan, aged 34 years (Convict Prisoner No.733) from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Central Prison, Salem.

2. The prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner herein who was temporarily transferred from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Central Prison, Salem, has now been permanently transferred to Central Prison, Salem, through the

proceedings of the jail authorities in No.564/rpe/2/2025 dated 02.02.2025. 3.This Writ Petition stands closed accordingly. No costs. [M.S.R, J.] [N.S, J.] 20.02.2025 Index : Yes / No kas To.
