This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 29.10.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in the names of the petitioner and his sister.

2. Heard Ms.J.Revathi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he and his sister are the owners of the subject property. The petitioner made a representation to the respondents seeking for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner and his sister. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 29.10.2024 on its own merits an in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt 2/4

of a copy of this order. If there are any rival claims, notice shall be issued to them before passing final orders.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
