This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent/Police to complete the investigation in FIR in Crime No.15 1/4

of 2021 on the file of the respondent, and to file a final report within a time to be fixed by this Court.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that since the offence involved in the case in Crime No.15 of 2021 pertains to Copyright Act, the respondent-Police is not in a position to complete the investigation immediately and file a final report. However, the investigation is almost over and final report will be filed as early as possible. 3.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
