This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 156 days for preparing the criminal revision as against Judgment dated 11.03.2024 passed in Crl.A.No.276 of 2023 on the file of XXII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 156 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
