ORDER
The writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant a patta for the petitioner's property in his name, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2023 and 19.07.2024.
2. The petitioner is only seeking a patta stating that after his purchase, the entry has not been mutated in his name.
3. When the matter came up for admission, Mr.A.Selvendran, the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the third respondent would consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders thereon in accordance with law, in any event, not later than a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website-uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
4. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 08.01.2025 nsl 2/3
