ORDER
The petitioners have filed the present petition praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2/Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4 involved in the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.365 of 2024 on the file of the Subordinate Judge at Chidambaram for the period of finalisation in the civil litigation.
2. It is clear from the submissions made on either side that already, the case has been registered against the respondents 3 and 4. Hence, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
