This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the above criminal revision petition preferred against the judgment of the learned Sessions Division of the Nilgiris District at Udhagamandalam in CA.No.69 of 2023 dated 06.06.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 79 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
