This application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking to introduce a further document as set out in the Judges Summons. The said document is a sale deed in Document No.3670 of 2001 dated 05.12.2001 registered in the SubRegistrar office, Anna Nagar. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the Judges Summons, it had been contended that the plaintiff had sought a declaration that this particular document is null and void and to examine that particular relief sought, it would only be appropriate that the document is examined by the Court. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents / defendants. 4.In view of the fact that the document is central to the issue of the declaration that the said document is null and void, this application stands allowed.
