This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for petitioner.
2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that earlier, this Court, by an order dated 08.10.2025 granted bail with a direction to the 1/3
petitioner that he should stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, except on the hearing dates fixed by the Trial Court concerned. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no Town Police Station in Vellore. Hence, he prayed to modify the same and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.
3.Considering the above submission, the condition imposed in paragraph No.7 (b) reads as follows:
[b] the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Sathuvachari Police Station, Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, except on the hearing dates fixed by the Trial Court concerned. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police other than the hearing dates before the Trial Court, until further orders;
4. Registry is directed to carry out the above correction in the Order and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner. The other conditions in the order dated 08.10.2025 remains intact. 15.10.2025 smn K.RAJASEKAR , J.
