ORDER
The petitioner is a Union representing the Gangman and Employees of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board. The petitioner-Union would submit that though the gangman's work is offline, they are being compelled to work online (power-line mode), which resulted in various fatal accidents in the recent past. The petitioner only seek participation in the ongoing wage revision negotiation talks and to bring to light the various fatal accidents that have occurred, where the employees have lost their lives in the course of discharging their duties. In this regard, the petitioner has made representations to the first respondent on 22.07.2025 and 16.09.2025.

3. The prayer in the writ petition is only for issuance of mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2025. In the light of the limited relief sought for, it would suffice to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 22.07.2025 and 16.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
