(b) Permanent Injunction restraining the Defendant, its men, agents, representatives and anyone claiming through it from issuing or making groundless threats of infringement, or otherwise interfering with the Plaintiff's production, publicity, marketing, distribution, exhibition and release of the film titles "BROCODE", including by addressing such threats to the Plaintiff's distributors, exhibitors, OTT/TV partners, licensees or media platforms. (c) Cost of the suit to the Plaintiff.

JUDGMENT

The plaintiff has filed memo dated 24.02.2026 stating that the plaintiff and the second defendant executed settlement agreement dated 16.02.2026, which

was recorded by the Delhi High Court in connected proceedings by order dated 17.02.2026. The plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit in view of such settlement.

2. Accordingly, C.S.(Comm.Div.) No.258 of 2025 is dismissed as settled out of Court without any order as to costs. Consequently, the connected applications are closed.
