ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in para 5(b) in Crl.M.P. No.7580 of 2025 dated 22.08.2025 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in connection with Crime No.38 of 2025 on file of the respondent police.
2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.M.P.
