Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to institute disciplinary proceedings against the 5th and 6th respondents apart from imposing the cash penalty of Rs.25,000/- each under Sections 20(1) & (2) of RTI Act and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to provide him with the correct information and pass such further orders.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to institute disciplinary proceedings against the 5th and 6th respondents apart from imposing the cash penalty of Rs.25,000/- each under Sections 20(1) &

(2) of the RTI Act and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to provide him with the correct information.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 4 to 6 2/4

would submit that the information sought by the petitioner has already been furnished on 24.11.2023, but the acknowledgement card was not filed.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that she has already received the communication sought by the petitioner on 24.11.2023 from the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 4 to 6. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
