ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Certiorarified Mandamus seeking records relating to a letter dated 02.12.2024 issued by the 1st respondent and to quash the same. By that letter, the petitioner had been transferred from K.1751, Govindanur Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, Pollatchi to K.4303, Mathukkarai, Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, Coimbatore. Complaining that this transfer is prejudicial to the petitioner, since she was already on medical leave, the writ petition has been filed.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has joined the transferee Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society.
3.At any rate, if the petitioner has medical issues, which has to be examined. The petitioner may give a representation and on receipt of such representation, the respondents may reconsider their order of transfer or post the petitioner in a nearby Cooperative Credit Society. The respondents may also ensure that the staff working under them are not put to much difficulty without any proper reason. It is seen that this transfer has been effected only for administrative reasons, which could also be the reason for re-transfer or to consider posting the petitioner to a society which is nearby. 4.The respondents may also examine the issue of non-payment of salary to the petitioner in the transferee society and if the records are available and if salary has not been paid and salary is payable, release the same without any delay.
The entire exercise may be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 18.03.
