ORDER

This matter has been listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. Based on the Affidavit of Undertaking dated 18.02.2025 filed by the petitioner agreeing to pay the entire amount along with interest to the respondent in two instalments, this Court had disposed of the present Revision Petition directing the petitioner to maintain sufficient funds in the bank account to honour the cheques which have been handed over by him to the respondent and directed to list the matter today for reporting compliance.

3. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given an undertaking and issued the post dated cheque, due to certain financial problem, he was unable to raise the funds and honour the cheque. Thereby, he seeks further time stating that he will produce the demand draft for a sum of Rs.2,59,108/- on 26.03.2025 without fail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, post the matter on 26.03.2025 under the same caption. It is made clear that if the amount is not paid as per the undertaking given by the petitioner, the revision petition will be dismissed.
