.. Respondent This application has been filed seeking extension of time for the Arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral award under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has stated no objection for allowing this application.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension of time for the Arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral award. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by grating extension of time for the Arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral award by a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
