This Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27868 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is now regularly complying with the condition by appearing before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Court, Salem in respect of other previous cases. He further submits that the petitioner is a resident of Chennai and he has got several previous cases and out of which, 15 cases are pending trial on the file of the various courts at Chennai. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and also confirms that against the petitioner, 15 cases are pending trial before various courts.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27868 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 is modified to the effect that " the petitioner, except on the hearing dates before the trial Courts, shall appear before the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai , on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
