Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original proceedings issued by the first respondent dated 10.10.2023' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the original impugned order was misplaced by the petitioner in his house but photocopy of the impugned order is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. 3.
