ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue suitable directions to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official Respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that since the dispute between the family members is civil in nature, the respondent Police neither summoned the petitioner nor called him for enquiry and they are not harassing the petitioner as alleged by the petitioner herein.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
