ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the second respondentInspector of Police, Mappedu Police Station, to complete the investigation in Crime No.104 of 2024 and file a final report within a stipulated period of time as deemed fit by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation is over in this case and the prosecution is also ready with the final report which would be filed in due course.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondents-Police are directed to file final report after completion of the investigation, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
