PRAYER - This Writ Petition (Crl.) is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioners company namely M/s.S.S. Engineering Works, situated at No.5/229-B, Kovai Road, Kariyampalayam Post, Annur, Coimbatore District on the basis of petitioners representation dated 10.09.2025. For Petitioner:

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's company namely M/s.S.S.Engineering Works, situated at No.5/229-B, Kovai Road, Kariyampalayam Post, Annur, Coimbatore District on the basis of petitioners' representation dated 10.09.2025.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner Company namely M/s. S.S.Engineering Works is manufacturing machineries used for manufacturing paper plates, pakku plates, oil chekku, etc. While so, the proprietor of the petitioner company married the 3rd respondent in the year 2017 and were blessed with two children. Due to misunderstanding among them, the
proprietor of the petitioner company filed divorce petition in O.P.No.452 of 2024 before the Sub Court at Coimbatore and the same is pending. Such being the case, the 3rd respondent is illegally entering into the petitioner company premises since 11.11.2024 continuously and causing trouble in the work place by scolding all the workers in the company and also forcing all the workers to stop working by using un-parliamentary, filthy language. She started giving life threat to the proprietor of the petitioner company and its staff. Hence, the proprietor has lodged a complaint on 10.09.2025 before the 2nd respondent seeking police protection, which is still pending. Hence, the Writ Petition. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that this petitioner has already filed a petition in W.P.Crl.
No.17340 of 2025 seeking same prayer, which was also considered by this Court and an order of dismissal was passed on 01.09.2025. He also produced a copy of the said order before this Court. 4.Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the entire materials on record.
5.It is brought to the notice of this Court that since the petition earlier filed by the petitioner in W.P.Crl.No.17340 of 2025 for the very same cause of action was dismissed by this Court on 01.09.2025, the petitioner has chosen to file the present petition. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs.5,000/- payable by the petitioner to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
