ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and initiate appropriate action against 3rd respondent on the basis of petitioners representation dated 21.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Government based on instructions would submit that, on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the 2nd respondent conducted enquiry and closed.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a private complaint in the manner known to law, if advised.
