2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Palladam and the same has not been taken on file.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 8(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.29032 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Palladam on 03.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, Palladam Police Station, Palladam.
