Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent relating to the order of the 1st respondent in Lr.No.AU/CEP/Affln./RGCE/2004-05 dated 10.12.2004 and quash the same and directing the respondents to grant affiliation to the petitioner institution for one new course namely B.Tech., Chemical Engineering (Petro Chemical Technology) with an annual intake of 30 seats and one course for increase in intake namely B.E., Bio-Medical Engineering from 60 to 90 seats for the academic year 2004-2005 in accordance with the approval of the All India Council for Technical Education dated 30.09.2004 and 17.11.2004.
