The Official Liquidator ... Respondent ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., A report has been filed by the learned Official Liquidator. As seen from the report, earlier the applicant was allotted a different plot. However, the plot allotted to the applicant was sold by the learned Official Liquidator pursuant to orders passed by this Court. The earlier sale in respect of the aforesaid plot was also sold to the nominee of the purchaser. The applicant, who has now been allotted a different plot in view of the fact that the earlier plot allotted to him was sold pursuant to orders passed by this Court. This Court after giving due consideration to the report submitted by the learned Official Liquidator, is of the considered view that as done earlier, the applicant can also be permitted to get a sale deed executed for plot No.209 in Survey No:162/3 in podavur village, Sriperambadur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, which was allotted pursuant to orders passed by this Court in the name of the applicant's nominee. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been given as to why the applicant is seeking permission for registering the sale deed in favour of his nominee.
