ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue the ''Worksite Inspection Certificate'' to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 24.09.2025. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions, would submit that the inspection will be conducted and the Certificate would be issued on or before 06.10.2025, to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

4.However, it is made clear that after conducting inspection, the Certificate shall be uploaded by the Forenoon of 06.10.2025. 03-10-2025 Dn/ds Index:Yes/No
