ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to direct the respondent-Police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.176 of 2023 pending on the file of the respondent-Police and to file the final report within a stipulated 1 / 3

period of time.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent submitted that the investigation had been completed and the prosecution/investigating officer is preparing final report/charge-sheet, which would be filed in due course.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent-Police is directed to file final report/charge-sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, soon after completion of entire investigation.
