ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to the 2nd Respondent Police not to harass the petitioners and family members.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners are called only for the enquiry and in the criminal enquiry, the petitioners were not made as accused.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate and on perusal of the materials on record, this Criminal Original Petition is

dismissed, directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police for investigation as and when required.
