(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Though number of grounds have been urged, we are not inclined to interfere with the action of issuance of sale notice by the bank towards realisation of loan because the petitioner has an efficacious, alternative and statutory remedy of filing petition before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, as provided under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
