This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to register and release the sale deed dated Nil of March 1998 submitted for registration on Nil.03.1998 with respect to property of an extent of 1.28 acres cents in T.S.No.182/4 in Kumbakonam Taluk.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.AR.Karthick Lakshmanan, Advocate representing the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has paid the entire stamp duty due and collected the documents from the concerned Officer of the Registration Department and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
