Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, call for the records in Connection with the order of Detention passed by the 2nd Respondent dated 05.12.2024 in C.M.P.No.98/Goonda/Salem City/2024 against the petitioner husband MANIKANDAN @ KOOLAMANI, M/27 Years, son of Sivakumar, who is confined at Central prison, Salem and set aside the same and consequently direct the Respondents to produce the detenue before the Hon'ble Court and set him at Liberty.

Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
