The petitioner/de-facto complainant has filed the present petition seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the second respondent/second accused in Crime No.578 of 2023. The second respondent had filed an anticipatory bail
petition in Crl.O.P. No.24118 of 2024, apprehending arrest by the respondent police, and this Court, by order dated 01.10.2024, granted anticipatory bail. One of the conditions imposed was that the second respondent shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months, and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
